For ages 16+: Join us for Weigh to Change, a 10-week lifestyle change program. Bring out your best self with help from our personal trainers, coaches, and Registered Dietitian! This program includes:
- 10 personal training sessions, 30 minutes each
- 3 small groups training sessions per week (45 minutes each)
- 2 one-on-one nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian
- 2 InBody scans (to measure progress and muscle changes)
- Educational workshops
- Ongoing support from our wellness team with newsletters and tips for success
