We're kicking off the fall season with tons of programs for you and the whole family to enjoy. Our Fall 1 session will run from September 9 - October 27, with member registration opening on Tuesday, August 13 and community registration opening on Tuesday, August 20.

We will also be holding a trial fitness week from September 3 - September 8 where you can try one of our specialty fitness classes like FT, Powerful Women, Powerful Girls, Strength Training for Healthy Bones, Teen Weightlifting, and more for free.
